Poetry of Material Things accepts returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after items are received. Sale, special and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale.
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service department at info@poetryofmaterialthings.com for a return authorization number. If you do not obtain a RA#, your package will not be accepted. Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
